Manufacturing Excellence at SKA BAG & PACKAGING
At SKA BAG & PACKAGING, we operate with world-class manufacturing facilities dedicated to the production of high-quality Polypropylene (PP) woven fabrics and woven sacks/bags. Our entire production process adheres to strict quality management systems to ensure consistent excellence at every stage. Our Production Capabilities Include:
Extrusion & Winding
Our high-speed tape stretching lines utilize cutting-edge technology, designed to deliver outstanding performance with maximum efficiency. These lines are engineered to reduce raw material and energy consumption while ensuring the highest quality of PP tapes.
Fabric Weaving
We use high-performance circular loom machines to produce defect-free PP/HDPE woven fabric. From 4-shuttle open mesh (leno weave) for fruits and vegetables to 6-shuttle machines for packaging cement, fertilizers, polymers, grains, and more — our weaving systems are optimized for high efficiency, low energy use, and superior fabric quality.
Lamination
Advanced extrusion lamination lines are used to laminate woven fabrics with BOPP films and other coatings. The equipment features auto roll change and high-speed operation to ensure continuous, precise, and waste-reducing lamination processes.
Cutting & Conversion
We deploy high-speed bag conversion lines for cross-cutting, bottom folding, sewing, and stacking of woven sacks. Our machines support gusseted bags, perforated bags, and easy-open top stitches—providing versatile solutions for a wide range of packaging needs.
Printing
To ensure high-quality branding and visual appeal, we utilize up to 7-color roll-to-roll rotogravure printing machines. These machines feature automatic ink cycling, CCD camera systems, carbon fiber rollers, and advanced color tracking to deliver precise, vibrant prints with low rejection rates.
Sewing
We employ modern, high-speed double needle woven sack sewing machines capable of stitching heavy-duty bags made of HDPE, PP, and multiwall materials. Our skilled operators ensure strong, long-lasting seams and high output.
Quality Assurance
We offer a wide range of products, including uncoated PP bags, laminated (coated) bags, gusset bags, and small PP bags—each meeting international quality standards. Every product undergoes rigorous testing at multiple stages to ensure superior quality and durability.
Testing, Packing & Baling
Every batch of bags is thoroughly tested, sorted, and prepared for shipping. Using hydraulic pallet and bale presses, we ensure efficient packaging and safe, contamination-free delivery. All pallets are heat-treated and bags are wrapped to protect against dust and moisture.
Infrastructure
Our facility houses top-tier machinery imported from Taiwan, Austria, India, USA, UK, China, and other leading countries. With advanced equipment and an experienced team, we produce:
